30th June 2026
This webinar focused on the Family Hubs and Beyond (FHAB) framework, a common outcomes approach for babies, children and young people co-created with London boroughs over the last 18 months using the Common Outcomes Framework as its starting point. Building on the initial focus on Family Hubs, the latest iteration of the framework incorporates the Public Health Outcomes Framework, Families First/Children’s Social Care Dashboard, the final Local Outcomes Framework and recent DfE Best Start Family Hubs and Healthy Babies requirements.
18th November 2025
The webinar introduced the Family Hubs Outcomes Framework and supporting tools, developed with 12 London boroughs. It shared case studies showing how local authorities had used data to identify priorities and shape their Early Help strategies, while highlighting remaining data gaps.
11th November
This webinar shared how 12 London boroughs co-designed a common outcomes approach for babies, children and young people.
The session outlines the co-design process, starting with a review of existing strategies and policies and using the Common Outcomes Framework to create our shared approach with a key focus on outcomes for babies, children and young people and their parents and carers, as well as the service and system level aspects required to maximise collective impact.
It introduced the framework and supporting resources, presented case studies of its use in local needs assessments and strategy development, and explored how other areas could apply it to their Best Start in Life plans.
