Explore opportunities to align with the Common Outcomes Framework
What does alignment mean?
Aligning with the Common Outcomes Framework means exploring how your goals, strategies, and measurement approaches connect with a shared vision for improving outcomes for babies, children and young people. It’s not focused on replacing what you do- it’s about building coherence and clarity across the system.
Getting started
You don’t need to have everything in place to begin. Start by:
Reviewing your existing priorities, frameworks, and measurement tools
Joining a introductory session to explore the Common Outcomes Framework
Speaking with others who are using the Framework and already begun aligning and working with the Collaborative
What might alignment look like?
Mapping your current outcomes frameworks, performance management/ monitoring systems and/or current indicators, metrics and KPIs against the Common Outcomes Framework
Reviewing strategies and logic models using the Framework as a key starting point
Using the shared language of the Common Outcomes Collaborative across your work, including in programme design or funding bids
Identifying opportunities to collaborate with others working to define and deliver similar outcomes
How we can help
Offer a clear and engaging introduction to the Common Outcomes Framework
Provide hands-on support to map your existing priorities and approaches to the outcome domains
Explore with you your particular context in more detail
